Il Pozzo di Vivalpa

The Pozzo di Vivalpa is located inland from the Marche hills, an ideal place for those seeking tranquility and silence: around the farmhouse there are only wheat and sunflower fields, olive groves, and expanses of vineyards from the most important Marche wineries.
Senigallia and its velvet beach is just 20 km away, while the historic center of Serra de’ Conti is a 5-minute drive away. Falconara Airport and the highway are half an hour away, while Ancora station and port are 50 km away.
From B.& B. it is possible to organize various day excursions among the most evocative locations in the Marche region: Loreto, the Frasassi Caves, the beaches of Portonovo, Numana and Sirolo and the Conero Park.
A unique feature of the structure is a functioning well (hence the name) located inside the farmhouse with the aim of collecting rainwater and distributing it in the garden from the two fountains.
In good season, breakfast is served on the porch; in winter or on cold days, it is served in the living room where the fireplace sometimes burns.
Guests will enjoy the large garden of the property, (which also includes a beautiful olive grove from which the owners obtain their oil), and where there is a mini swimming pool/hot tub with solarium available to guests.
Small animals are accepted to sleep in the guest room; 10 cats (all spayed) roam freely in the garden.
Kitchen use is not available; any exceptions (e.g., preparing baby food) must be discussed during the booking process.

Guests are provided with a large room with a double bed and a double sofa bed for any families. The bathroom (not inside the room) is reserved for guests and adjacent to the room, with a hot tub. There is ample parking in the garden and free WiFi.
